This policy outlines our shipping destinations, fulfillment methods, delivery timelines, and key shipping terms.
1. Supported Shipping Countries
We currently ship to the following countries and regions:
North America: United States, Canada
Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Denmark
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
East & Southeast Asia: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia
Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Israel
South America: Chile, Uruguay, Argentina
Africa: South Africa, Mauritius

We will manually verify availability and shipping cost for your destination.
2. Local Warehouse Fulfillment
We operate local fulfillment centers in the following countries:
United States
Canada
United Kingdom
Germany (also prioritized for European orders)
Australia
Japan
"If local inventory is available in your region, your order will be fulfilled from the corresponding local warehouse for faster delivery and reduced shipping fees.
If there is no local warehouse in your country or the item is out of stock locally, your order will be shipped directly from our China headquarters."
3. Shipping Methods & Fees
For Countries with Local Warehouses:

For Countries without Local Warehouses (Shipped from China):

Optional: Express Shipping 3–10 business days Charged by weight
Under $399 Express Shipping only 3–10 business days Charged by weight
Orders over $399 from China are eligible for Free Standard Shipping by default, but customers may choose Express Shipping at an additional cost.
Orders under $399 from China do not qualify for Free Shipping and must use Express Shipping.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
In certain cases (e.g., holidays, made-to-order products), processing may take longer.
Tracking information will be emailed once the order has shipped.
5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped from local warehouses, no import duties or customs fees will apply, as delivery is domestic.
For orders shipped from our China headquarters, import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are generally the responsibility of the recipient.
Most deliveries proceed smoothly, but if customs clearance is required, we’re happy to assist with documentation or communication with carriers when possible.
We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering if you’re unsure.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for packages returned due to customs refusal or unpaid charges.
If you encounter any issues with customs clearance, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to support you.

If your country is not listed, please contact us by email for a manual order.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders placed from unsupported countries without prior confirmation.
